- In 99% of cases mezzanine floors need building regulations approval. JOG Consultants can apply for approval through our own approved inspectors (SALUS) or the local council. We can discuss this in further detail during the consultation period as every job is different.
What are the limitations of a mezzanine floor?
- There are very few limitations as long as the mezzanine has building regulations approval. Oure mezzanines are bespoke and can be created for any height, shape, size and number of tiers.

What safety requirements does a mezzanine require?
- During our consultation we will discuss all the necessary health & safety requirements, such as handrails and kickplates and pallet gates. We also supply all fire prevention such as suspended ceilings, lighting, electrics and column cladding.
What do I need to do after placing my order?
- We will stay in contact and let you know how the manufacturing process is coming along. We will organise plant hire and ensure all the necessary health and safey procedures are in place. We will organise a schedule and our installers will get to work. All we ask is for clear access around the site for storage of the materials.
