Brief
M R S Storage Solutions project managers were approached to solve the space issues for a manufacturing firm in London. The client desperately needed additional office space, but had no more ground floor space spare.
Consultation
Our project manager visited the site and discussed the options with the client. The outcome of which was a plan to create additional office space in the corner of the industrial unit above a small work area. Our project manager ensured the design allowed plenty of head space for employees working below the floor and plenty of height inside the office. We had to account for acoustic sound proofing partitions and suspended ceilings to offer sound reduction inside the office as well as fire provention. The client was very happy with the design and placed an order.
Supply
The Mezzanine Floor order was passed to our supplier and a four week delivery was scheduled, to co-inside with the delivery of the office partitioning and suspended ceiling.
Installation
The floor installation finished ahead of schedule thanks to our experienced installation teams and the office partitioning and suspended ceiling was fitted on time. Although not a simple design, the quick and painless installation made it a very nice job to work on and the client was very happy with the finished product.
